[Markets] China offers to buy some U.S. agricultural exports if U.S. relaxes restrictions: report China trade negotiators last week offered to buy a small amount of U.S. farm goods, but that offer could hinge on U.S. concessions, Politico reported on Sunday, citing sources. However, those same sources said the U.S may need to lighten export restraints on Chinese tech giant Huawei and hold off on hiking tariffs on $250 billion in goods, planned for Oct. 1.
